chadmichael
I've just read that the url encoding of an, lets say, equal sign is %3D. However, I'm working with a web site that uses $ instead of %. So, the equal sign is encoded as $3D. And it works just fine. What's going on here? Is the $ an old format? Jonas
I don't know what browser you're using, but it could be just the one browser that interprits the intended sign correctly from the $ sign. However, I think the % sign is the current correct way to encode urls:http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_urlencode.asp
