djp1988
There is a font I think looks very nice, called Optima I want to use it in my menu but only 3% of borwsers have this font installed, how can I get around this?
noan
As far as i know, no you can't force a font install (i might be wrong...) but what you could do is have each menu item as an image, which you create on your computer where i presume you have the font
sunwukung
http://www.mikeindustries.com/blog/sifr/actually, there is. You can use this method, which in a nutshell embeds a font in a flash file - so that on opening the page the font is loaded up.
justsomeguy
It's not that SiFR loads the font, but it uses Javascript to dynamically replace pieces of text on your page with Flash movies that show the same text, but render it in whatever font you choose. It will slow your page down a lot if you use it to replace a lot of text, but if you only use it for things like headlines and menus then it will be fine.
