ben03
Hi,Have started using Dreamweaver MX. I used the graphical tool on the toolbar to create a menu with the rollover effect. This works fine when used in the the preview browser but when used on other computers the gifs aren't rendering at all (the red 'x' in place even though other images are being referenced from the 'images' folder). Is there a reason for the program written code not to be functioning?Cheers.
Ingolme
You would have to check if the paths for the <img> tags coincide with the location of the image files you're trying to display.
ben03
Cheers for that. Was the slash in front of the URL causing the prob. Will the 'Allow blocked content' message always appear when the site is loaded even when the site has been uploaded to the server? real_illusions
Will the 'Allow blocked content' message always appear when the site is loaded even when the site has been uploaded to the server?Thats an explorer only problem when viewing files locally. It shouldnt happen when on a 'live' server. On a side note, a server can be a local one for testing, so the blocked content message can still appear on a local server. Although, if you use a decent browser like Firefox, you wont (on default settings at least, that i know of) get that blocked content message.
