Skemcin
I'd suggest using/paying for the personal/business accounts that http://www.crystaltech.com/personalbusiness.htm offers. I have over 20 accounts there and I have been very pleased with their support and hosting services. They start for as little as $3 a month and you get 1gig of storeage space, 20gig bandwidth, and much more (use iribbit.net as your referring domain please). Its worth it, and its a paid account so no advertising and no rediculous restrictions - if you prepay a year you get 3 months free - $36 for 15 months, unbeatable. alzable
They are both great hosts. I stress you choose one of them, but if you really can't afford them, search on google for "free web hosts". Try this place out: http://www.webhosts4free.com/ That is a free host directory, there are more out there, just waiting to be used.alzable
Nudua
Freewebs is the best webhoster! But it`s bad that you can`t upload things over 750kb the first week.
Joseph
Well, all members of the forum of my site (www.syboard.net) get their site hosted for free and free access to the latest version of IPB. You will probably have a URL like: www.syboard.net/whatever but you could use a redirecter such as www.cjb.net or www.dot.tk
Fire Dragon
Hmm,I like Geocities.I don't know is 15 MB enought for you,but Geo has good HTML-editor,I don't know what you guys think about it,but I think it is OK.Geo has pagebuilder program and so on.BTW,if you have problems with big files and sharing them, you should try service like Ihud.Free, and can host 50 MB files. Here is link:Ihud
DarkElf
The tough truth is that if you are trying to get by by using free hosts then you are just going have to live with restrictions/poor service. People are providing you with a service for free and you've just got to lump it when they can't be bothered to make things run perfectly. As soon as you are paying for it it is an entirely different story. There are loads of decent hosts out there that offer good service for relatively cheap prices (you're talking $3-4 a month, not an amount that'll break the bank). I personally use http://www.orbital-hosting.com

Err
Freewebs is the best webhoster! But it`s bad that you can`t upload things over 750kb the first week.<{POST_SNAPBACK}> I like the access of ad free webpages. But Freewebs doesn't have ftp access for free which I didn't like about it. I must have ftp access, if any provider doens't offer that then I will not go with them. alzable
If you wan't something good, don't go for free webs. If you wan't plenty of limitations, definately, go for it. There are plenty more way better free hosts out there.alzable

Err
You can't beat this with a stick: no banner ads, php, perl/cgi-bin, 1 MySQL database, ftp access and a lot more. Yes believe it, it's all free. I have an account here myself, it's amazing, though they are still doing some major updates, so far I haven't experianced ANY down times. This is a good way to start if you want a free service. Jeez, I sound like an advertiser, lol. "http://awardspace.com/
seligman
I have Dreamhost. Thanks to a tip from Fatwallet.com (do a search there for deals), I got 12-months of hosting and a new domain name for $22 total. Included is 1 TB of bandwidth (per month) and 21 GB of disk space. aspnetguy
www.brinkster.com offers a free (Educational) web hosting package that gives you ASP and ASP.Net...There is a ad at the top of the page though....it is easily hidden if you are good with CSS or JavaScript.
