They don't have any explanations on the site, but apparently they don't pass the HTTP referer header to the sites you're linking to.It just loads the specified page into a frame. Is there a reason why you'd like something like this on your site?

Because loading the site in a frame won't pass a referer. It's not that they are stopping the referer from being sent, it's just that they aren't doing anything that would pass the referer.

are you sure about that..??why does this site list the referrer then..??http://linkblur.com/?http://stardrifter.org/cgi-bin/ref.cgi
It's not listing W3Schools as the referrer, people don't know where the visitor actually came from.
how exactly does this site http://linkblur.com/? get your URL string that you put after the "/?" then put it into an iframe..??
In PHP you can get everything that's placed after the ? symbol with the $_SERVER['QUERY_STRING'] variable.
