You get whatever control they gave you for the $/month that you are paying, so you are messing with something like ControlPanel and trying to get your various features configured and working right. Yes, but just as the web seems to be filled with fake webhosting reviews, it might be nice to have a known and independent forum where you could discuss standard setup issues and compare notes with others who are using different hosting services.
