newb html question - Divs nesting together

I'm really new to this so I don't know what I'm doing wrong. If you look at this page you can see how the images are nesting together instead of stacking beneath one another. http://home.trekadoo.com/en/about/ I can get them to nest under one another if I use a bunch of
tags. But that's bad structure right? Is this fixed in the HTML or is it a CSS issue. here is the HTML:

Passion runs Deep

For us, building Trekadoo isn't work, it's our passion. We strive to create the highest quality online experience by combining intriguing interactions and rock-solid functionality.

<di>
The Team Behind Trekadoo
</di>

Kathryn Christensen
CEO
With over 12 years in the vacation rental industry, her knowledge base and connections have positioned her perfectly to lead Trekadoo in the future.

Tom Christensen
CTO
Tom has over 16 years of experience programing and is a key element of Trekadoo product (i.e. he makes everything work).

Stewart Christensen
COO
Stewart is focused on creating partnerships with others in the vacation rental industry and ensuring that the product meets the needs of the customers.

any help?
