FF/Opera/IE Rendering Differently

I have a pretty simple test page for a site I'm making for my brother-in-law available at: http://www.cyber0ne.com/webusers/feedback/index.aspxIn FireFox, everything lines up perfectly. But IE and Opera aren't rendering it quite as elegantly. Normally, if it was just FF vs. IE, I'd just assume it's an IE problem. But with Opera (the best of the breed, among these three) siding with the enemy on this one, I've been trying to figure out what's actually causing it to render like this.Does anyone have any ideas, maybe something obvious I'm just overlooking? Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

Looks the same in Opera and Firefox to me... In IE, on the other hand, it's aligned on the left, when I'm guessing it should be in the middle, and there's something funny with the left border, a white thick line there.
