How to create website in urdu language?

I need to create a small web page for local church in Urdu language, how do i go about it. I know how to create html pages in English, however, never created one in different language. Any help getting me started would help, thanks in advance.

The HTML is the same regardless of the language, the tag names are always in English, but the content of the page can be in any language you want.

You need a text editor that generates Urdu characters and saves the file in utf-8 format, and someone to correctly type the Urdu content.

You can easily use Google Powered input tools(for fonts), it supports many languages. It can be installed and used offline or online both, just write your content and COPY PASTE it. it is quite simple.
