How to verify data in table is exactly the same as in table 2

In Oracle database, I have two tables: EE1 and EE2. Both have the exact same column names and data types.  How can I write a SQL query to verify that the data in EE1 is the same as in EE2.

Compare the data from both tables with WHERE and enter the id from both the tables into another table, with a timestamp,  if all the data matches.  That way, you'll also have a record of what happened.
