Page refresh issue

Please can somebody help me, I’m currently working on a site that has a strange problem. If you load the page, scroll down then refresh it seems to just to the top half way through loading. Ideally I’d like it to return to the top AFTER everything’s loaded or not at all but not half way through.

You need to validate your page, it has misplaced javascript code, and div element.

It also looks like it uses javascript to identify the scroll positioning, so you need to remove or turn it off.

I dont see any load issues, but it could be down to problem mentioned at beginning.
