responsive How to make columns same height - w3css responsive?

Hi, I'm starting off with the responsive class in W3CSS. looks good.

HOWEVER, if my 2nd column has a lot of text, it has a bigger height difference - the left menu is shorter than the right. (I've got a background color on the 1st / left column to verify).

is there a way for the left column to go the same height as the right (or vice-versa)?

both columns should have the same height, but NOT a *SPECIFIC* height - variable.  

How can this be achieved in W3css?

Ive changed it to W3CSS Tables - now working.
