css does not display on server

I recently encountered a problem and wondered whether you guys knew what I am doing wrong.I am making a website using XHTML, PHP, and CSS styles, but i encountered a problem with the css styles showing for the files on my server (offline). (I have an offline server on my computer I test all the files on before I upload them-it runs apache like the remote one).Would someone be able to see what i did wrong?No css styles come up at all. I have included the index.php file and the main_css.css file

ok so i found that the css displayes in IE but not in mozilla-heard anything about mozilla and compatibility?

Well, this may make you feel stupid so.. here is your issue:

after every closing curly braces you have that.. but it should be inside of the brace. This is your problem.. change it in your main_css.css file and it will work .
