The reason being, if everyone downloaded it w3schools wouldnt receive enough money to stay up, and they would unfortunatly have to shut down.Sorry for you inconviences! They receive money for advertising so it is not possible to allow users to download content since they would lose traffic and money.Before posting please use the search function as this question has already been asked many times.
