A bug in CSS 2.1?

Well, the question is whether it's a bug or a lack. Maybe text-indent wasn't supposed to work from right to left simply by aligning text to the right. Maybe w3 forgot that some languages are written from the right to the left, and so might need a negative indent value. Or maybe the w3 interpreters (browser developers) didn't think of it.

i told you, if direction:rtl is used, the indentation works. so it works for the right to left written languages.but if you align the left to right written text to right, the indentation doesn't work anymore. maybe becouse the indentation is supposed to be used only at the begining of the paragraph? no matter the alignement?anyway, the indentation works with a negative value, so it should work even the text was aligned to the right. that's why i think it's a bug.
