Image with "moving" text

Hey...I tryed to put an an image with some text...But like this... <IMAGE>and more text <IMAGE>going under the image...Its easy if you fixe everything, but I would like to ifmove the browser smallerthe text goes longer...and vice-versa... Maybe try <marquee> but I don't think it works in all browsers or try a javascript. You will probably have more control with the javascript one. Search on dynamicdrive.com

marquee has been depreciated in XHTML, so javascript would be the "proper" way to go.
