For one, you're not applying that CSS code to any element in the page, and secondly, I might be wrong but I haven't heard of the "cue-before" property.

for music on your website, it might be better to embed a flash player like this one: http://musicplayer.sourceforge.net/its just a thought, it might work better then embedded css music.

But kv9 that property ( a ) will only be activated if the client has a screen reader activated and ( b ) will play, then have all the text in the body read out.Do you still want to use it, or try a Flash alternative?

Support for Aural Style Sheets just isn't there...yet and it may be quite some time before all browser support it. Only certain special software supports it such as screen readers which are primarily used by those with visual impairment. This is a good read: Aural CSS
