MrFish
I'm trying to make a site cross-browser supported, but that's the hardest thing in my opinion. I've tested it in IE 8 and it works out pretty well, but when I viewed it on my mothers laptop (IE 8) the drop-down menu didn't work. So I went back to my computer and looked at it again, and it did work. Now I'm confused, I don't know why it would work on my computer and not my mothers. We are both using the same browser, this is very strange.http://chameleonsoundscape.com/
thescientist
Well, your page is far from validation, so who knows what could happen. As far as you guys both using IE8, are you viewing it in IE7 mode, IE8 mode, or compatibility mode? Are you guys both using the same operating system? For the record I'm looking at it in FF but I'm note sure what's supposed to be going on...Anyway, for optimum cross-browser support, consider using a strict DTD. dsonesuk
i suppose you did clear the cache? depending on when it refreshes page content, it might be still using old content instead.
Jack McKalling
There are some javascript errors too, when viewed in IE7. The menu then appears to be positioned behind something else, where it is not supposed to be.
Heartless
Seems to be working fine for me with firefox 3.5.3.Nice songs :)EDIT: Just tested with IE8 and doesn't display correctly. It says the website is designed for older browsers.Switching to compatibility mode fixed it though.
