HTC is a feature exclusive to Internet Explorer which lets you change an element with a script. This is used to add functionality that Internet Explorer lacks in comparison to other browsers. dsonesuk Posted November 17, 2011 Share Posted November 17, 2011 A popular htc file for IE is ie-css3.htc which will enable you apply css3 styling, such as round corners, you can download the file from http://fetchak.com/ie-css3/ (top left corner) and it explains how to use it in your page.
