Hello, everyone. I'm trying to make web page by using HTMl file, but it seems i have some problems. A person allowed me to download, edit, and use his own HTML file, so i can create my own web page. I dont have programming abilities, but i still can understand some parts of the code. I started adding more pictures to the web page, by increasing the HTML code, but i got problems. To add a new photo, i used copy-paste of the previous code that contains another photo, so i when i used the code to add one more photo, i only changed the name of the photo that have to be shown. But now, when i add one more photo, the page receives one more container container. In the second photo, there are containers. Everytime when i copy and paste the code, new container is added. How to remove these containers?

So I have to finish a Project for my apprenticeship as an it technician. I have to add a few functions to an already existing code. The Problem is that i never ever porgrammed anything which means I am in huge Trouble.... I have to add following Features: a feature that hides apprentices after 3.5 years a function that allows you to edit apprentice data (room number or Picture) An upload button should be added which allows to upload data I don't even know if this is a lot of work ore an easy task, I am a totale noob at programming and dont even need it at my job (i support users and repeair hardware etc) Thanks in advance guys :D Lehrlingsausbildung.html

Suggestion 1: I had an idea for w3school for a very long time and this idea will help people learn better and even make school suggest it more. Add in a tutorial where people will have to figure how how to fix codes like it's almost like the try-it-out but you have to go through courses and learn programming through that, almost like khan academy almost except with programming except khan academy only teaches html and not PHP. And also it wouldn't hurt to show videos of how to understand PHP more. And also how to create websites like facebook and youtube and have interactive videos as well like khan academy and those interactive videos on there was actually cool, I was amazed of how they did that when I first learned html. W3school.com actually taught me more about html and CSS more than khan academy. I just hope this forum in connecting to the website I am talking about. But w3school did have a link to this forum so I am guessing so. Suggestion 2: Also I notice some websites has custom context menus and wondering if somehow they can teach how to create that as well because I tried searching how and had to program it and I looked at other websites and it was accurate and w3school shows more accurate html and CSS. Hello everyone. I'm not exactly sure if here is the correct place to start this subject but I have seen a general discussions. I have a basic understanding of HTML / CSS and I need someone to work and learn with. And... is the W3schools certificate okay for a job CV?

I am trying to learn any programming language and I have looked into several sites including Oracle and I must say everything I've tried to learn hasn't stayed in well. I personally love the layout and the design as well as the ability to try it yourself on W3Schools' site. I Understand that W3Schools was made to teach everything you need to know to create a webpage, or to be used as a reference to commands in a language used in making a webpage, but I and many others would greatly benefit if W3Schools could adopt a programming section. I am starting to learn Java and as for right now I only request Java, But I would like to see all commonly used programming language. I used W3Schools to learn HTML, CSS, and a little bit of JavaScript, It took me a little under 7 hours to learn a large portion of HMTL and CSS. I just love W3Schools' Website and Teaching ways. I would love to learn every language possible here, I find this the best way to learn Computer languages.
