niche
What is the ideal screen size (in pixels) to use as I write my site and what is the terminology for this issue? Where can I get more info on this subject?Thank-you.
justsomeguy
I prefer everything to be designed at 3840x1200, but that's just me.
Ingolme
Whatever you do, let your site fit screens of 1024x768.A whole lot of amateur web developers don't seem to develop sites to fit my screen and I'm always getting horizontal scrollbars when viewing their pages. There's no specific term for screen sizes, but the factor that makes sites easy to navigate (no horizontal scrollbars, for example) is called "usability". Synook
A popular width is 960px, because A(960) >> 960 && 960 < 1024 - 20. Edited August 19, 2009 by Synook
