is it possible to change the position (ie location) of prompt boxes on a webpage?if so what is the syntax i need to use?thanks

Pretty sure all the modal dialog's are set by windows itself, so nope

I think you can change position by using css.

I've never seen anyone do that, so i'd be interested to know how. It'd be a bit of a security issue if you could change the location of a modal box, as you could then force say, an activex download off the screen and trick the user into hitting enter.The only thing i've seen that comes close, it to override the default window.alert with your own DIV method, like here:http://slayeroffice.com/code/custom_alert/Obviously you'd want to change the code a bit to include a prompt though.
