I believe the new IE7 will be full CSS2 supporting but that took 5 years to get (better not be another 5 until IE8 or they will toast...wait a minute, hopefully it is another 5 years ) and will be out before years end.It is being distributed as an automatic update so IE6 usage will probably drop fast.

  12. this version of IPB does some weird things with double posting,etc.What I use for my site is in a way a type of CMS yes but instead of managing the contents of webpages it manages the contents of the forum and blogs.

  14. CMS generally is a admin panel for manipulating hte content the user sees. For a better understanding of what a CMS is look at joomla, they have a live demo you can play with.Joomla is more of a portal but the same concepts apply.

  18. whether you put border first or src first it does not matter. Attribute order doesn't effect anything and as for the /> instead of just > that is the difference between XHTML and HTML
  19. a CMS can be more advanced to control users of a website and stuff like that. The description I gave was just a very basic example.You still want to change your vote?

  21. if you are learning VBScript you are not learning ASP.Net but ASP classic. I prefer C# over VB.Net but they are the most commonly used
