    Database

You're correct in your own explanation. But it can get overly complicated.I aim to make my database simple as possible.Storing the data in XML, and JSON structure.

    Database

Relational database are tabular. What are these store in? Reqular folders files?... Are database like a wrapper object that hold other objects --dicrecrories, i.e. folders--, and those object hold other objects or primitive data --files, i.e. documents containing texts, and numerical data--. And this wrapper object contain methods i.g. SQL for accessing these object and their data --i.e. folders, and files--.Is that what a database is? Yes or no, then a description please.

    Database

... What's a database? Is it just a directory--folder-- full of sub-directories, and files, and a API built along with a database management system interface, for the API in particular? What's a database?I'll also to Christmassy cookies if you have that. The soft ones.
  5. Thank you for the like, I am glad that the post proven to be of help to you.
  6. In the output--value-of element's select attribute-- [condition logic goes here]... If and choose don't output anything, they just test for a truthy value. You can just instead use if or/and choose. In the choose/when node put a value-of element, and the path that is to the first court time element in the select attribute. And a otherwise for the second court time.In the when element's test attribute, just put the path to the element, the same you will do for the value of element's select attribute. If this help you, check my check button please.
  7. In the value of element select attribute, you use an function, and operation: fn:number(node) * 13Click the check button on this post, if this help you.
  8. Do you know any good nodejs learning books?
  9. ... I haven't giving up on ECMAScript! ECMAScript is my server side programming language. ECMASCRIPT 4 LIFE!Give me information!!!!!
  10. Yes, but I desire to program on the server side too. And I'm not all knowledgeable how it all work. I'm just reaching for knowledge.Maybe you could give more info?
  11. I answer this question already. Tux Linux mascot make the system seem hard to learn. And since --from what I comprehend-- Linux, like GUN is a unix-like os. So I would rather see what the copies try to copy from. The goal for creating Linux--from what I comprehend-- is to make an open source version of Unix.
  12. To get more involve in the server side.
  13. Wouldn't I fair better at downloading illumos? Since it's open source. Or should start out with a more restricted unix, e.g. like Solaris, until I can get the hang of it.
  14. ??? () I feel as if I should be offended by that...
  15. Ms-dos(f ms), Linux, and Unix is what mostly come up when I search for unix.I can't seem to find a computer that host unix. It must be a downloadable os?iOS is not the same as Mac OS... Right? It seem to what I have learn is that all os is base on a structural programming bias of the karnal. With the terminal as the outer shall UI. Another level up is you have the GUI.
  16. Linux and Unix seem to be at odd. One source make it sound like the only to need operating system the other source make the same statement worded differently. So far I'll pick unix for it's modular use. Also Linux's mascot tux make it seem complicated.... I don't know why. But the mascot make it seem like it'll be harder to learn.
  17. .... There are many ways. This is a simple Boolean solution. It all depend on what you would like to use to solve this. What language are you more comfortable with? What all language do you know?
  18. I read what your typing justsomeguy, and even know you are harsh with your words--like always-- I was more so hoping of getting a discussion started with this. But I read what type. Thanks.
  19. Oh! OS is the environment that our program thrive in. It what make it possible to interface. It's more than just an interpret for the language! A simple cellphone is an OS!!!MOAR!!!! HAHAHA MOAR!!!
