well u can do it, for an instance check http://www.google.com/ig where u can add u r own fav listings and rss news.you need a template for the menu, for instance$Home is the main menu.and now u have to add $sub_menu to the template.now create an admin panel , and then add the menus there which will be dynamically added here.if u want for each users, then u have to set permissions in such a way that he can edit his own menus,

well i learned PHP from php.net manual and online version of it.Mysql from mysql.com, i think the best place to surf and learn on it.

it is better to use professional images where you pay and get, if u are making websites for a company or your clients as later there must be no problem for your client.for your website you can google out to find many images and our friends have given some good links where you can find some good images.

the problem is the file is corrupted and your usb drive has no problem or connection with it.if u cannot delete it too , at some cases you have to format the usb drive.
